A 2023 Lagoon 46 in excellent condition, berthed at Marina Porto Antico in Genoa and ready to sail. This catamaran was always chartered with a professional skipper on board, never bareboat.

In the 4-cabin, 4-head layout with 2 crew cabins and a dedicated crew head, it is equipped for fully independent, comfortable cruising: generator, air conditioning, watermaker, solar panels and upgraded Yanmar engines. The package is completed by a RIB tender with a 20 hp outboard and electric davit, and a spacious synthetic teak cockpit with an oversized table.

Documented annual maintenance and hauled out every winter: a yacht cared for down to the last detail, now super competitively priced for a quick sale.

The boat is currently under leasing (€140,000 remaining, due in 2030, with the option to take over the lease). There is also the option to keep the boat in our charter management program upon request.
